How to pick the right fit, keep each material in good shape, and what to do when something arrives wrong or develops a fault.
MyCar sells two kinds of fit. Knowing which one you are ordering avoids most returns.
Tailored seat covers and custom-fit mats are made for a specific vehicle: year, make, model and series. Each product page lists the vehicles it is made for under Fits these vehicles.
Start from the vehicle finder on the homepage, or browse by make, and you will only see products that fit that vehicle.
Universal-fit ranges suit most standard seats and are sold by size rather than by vehicle. They are the right call when a vehicle is not listed, or for older and low-volume models.
The size range appears in the product name. Match it to the seat before ordering.
Generic care for each material in the range. Where a product page carries its own care notes, follow those first.
MyCar products are covered against manufacturing faults. If a product arrives with a fault, or one shows up in use, the team will assess it and tell you how it will be handled.
Keep the product until the team has replied. Claims are handled through your trade account, so a sign-in makes them quicker.
Check every delivery as it arrives. Report incorrect or transit-damaged items as soon as the delivery arrives, with the order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
Tailored products are made for a specific vehicle, so change-of-mind returns on tailored items are handled case by case.
Goods being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
Contact the team before sending anything back. They will confirm whether the return is accepted, where to send it and what happens next.
Orders are dispatched from three distribution hubs and routed to the one that gets them to you fastest.
Deliveries go across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Once an order ships, tracking links appear against the order in your trade account order history. Sign in to follow each shipment. Order history
